Call Type: Inbound/Outbound Customer Service

Location: Must Be 50 Miles or less from Richmond, VA / Remote

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr training which is non-negotiable
Next available training class: May 31, 2023
Training/Nesting/Production: Mon, Wed & Thurs 9:300AM – 6:00PM Fri & Sun 9:30AM – 6:00PM / OFF Sat & Tue
***100% attendance is required and no time off can be approved for training/nesting***

Your Responsibilities

• Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening
• Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
• Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
• Appropriately communicate with customers

What We’re Looking for

• 6 months customer service experience minimum
• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer system
• Proven oral & written communication skills

What We Prefer

• 6 months Call Center experience
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Availability to work various shifts
• Ability to use Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills
