Brody Brothers Pest Control Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Owings Mills, MD Full Time

Brody Brothers Pest Control in Owings Mills, MD is seeking mature and conscientious individuals who love helping customers as part of an office-based call center with eight to ten team members. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, no-drama environment. The work includes scheduling service appointments, communicating with field technicians, and explaining our services to prospective customers, and starting them on service.

Customer Service Representatives typically start at $17 per hour. The work schedule is 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM OR 9:30 AM to 6 PM, with occasional Sundays during our busy season. No Saturdays!

Required qualifications:

• Drug test and background check

• Learning and using new technologies

• Telephone-based customer service experience

• Sales and retail experience is a plus

• Pest control industry experience is a plus but not required
