LifePoint Health has an opportunity for a Clinical Recruiter – Remote. Under direction of the Division Director, Talent Acquisition, the Clinical Recruiter is responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting; recruiting, screening and recommending placement by using varied sourcing methods (internal and external).

Minimum Education: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience may be substituted for education.
Required Skills: Critical thinking skills, tact, and business acumen. Projects a positive customer service driven approach with all interactions. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Possess the ability to work with minimal supervision to accomplish goals. Knowledge of heath care job requirements, licenses, and certifications in areas of responsibility.
Preferred Certification(s): CHCR, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP
Minimum Work Experience: 3-5 years in human resources recruiting, preferably in hospital health care.
