Veev Hiring for Sourcer at Hayward, CA Full Time

Well-funded single-family home-building technology company, transforming the home as a product, looking to hire a speedy, Contract Recruiting Sourcer, with a growth mindset and unsurpassed “head hunter” skills.

We are looking for a talented Sourcer to join our team. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent for our company. You will work closely with the recruiting team of four, to develop and execute sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, and identify opportunities to improve our recruiting processes.

Compensation:

43 – 45 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and identify top talent using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Screen resumes and pre-qualify candidates to ensure they meet our hiring criteria
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
• Participate in virtual or in-person recruiting events and build relationships with potential candidates
• Stay up-to-date with recruiting trends and best practices and make recommendations for process improvements
• Track and on sourcing metrics and the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
• Other assignments as requested

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Expert LinkedIn Recruiter skills, including but not limited to advanced projects
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify top talent using various sourcing tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sourcing goals
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
