Medical Guardian LLC Hiring for Scheduling Coordinator at United States Full Time

MedScope, a Medical Guardian company, seeks a responsible, organized individual with a knack for getting things done quickly to schedule installations utilizing our installer network. Additionally, the Scheduling Coordinator will be the point of contact for installers in a specified region, review work performed, and counsel, suspend or terminate contracts as needed. This position requires no travel.

Tasks

• Ensure all installations are completed within a specified timeframe
• Monitor job activity queues daily for installer hiring and performance related tasks
• Answers phones and emails, schedules and confirms appointments,
• Coordinate with consumers, consumer’s contacts, and Care Managers to drive toward getting our devices installed
• Organize workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments
• Set up and reschedule appointments in a timely manner
• Partner with the Recruiter to ensure staffing needs are met in assigned territory
• Review daily/weekly/monthly metrics and take appropriate action based off those metrics
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Management, or similar field preferred
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications required
• Scheduling in a high-volume environment
• Technological mindset – an understanding of our equipment is required, and most tasks will be done electronically
• Remote supervision experience a plus
