In this key role as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the primary point of contact with the customer and will build and maintain a solid relationship based on responsiveness and trust. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated team player with a professional, take-charge attitude. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, collecting customer information, setting appointments, problem solving, data entry, and routing calls.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer incoming phone calls from current and potential customers.
• Schedule service requests from customers with the appropriate field technicians.
• Enter and verify customer data (equipment, addresses, service history, etc.) into CRM database accurately and promptly.
• Oversee the warranty return process including follow-ups with supply houses.
• Handle difficult personalities with grace and charm.
• Perform light sales duties such as promoting service agreements and other accessories to customers over the phone.
• Schedule estimates for equipment replacement.
• Provide phone and switchboard support when needed.
• Interact with our outsourced HR provider.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:

• 3+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Prior experience working at an HVAC company a plus.
• Punctual, dependable, trustworthy, and always on time.
• Self-starter and move quickly to finish tasks.
• Sense of urgency
• Calm personality and the ability to diplomatically interact with challenging customers.
• Excellent at following up and seeing requests or projects through to completion.
• Attention to detail and highly organized.
• Comfortable with technology and very proficient with Microsoft Excel.

· Self-starter, proactive, and able to handle multiple administrative tasks independently while exercising good judgment.
