Looking for an administrative assistant to help the operations of a couple small businesses including a pressure washing business, storage facilities, and a real estate property manager. these roles include scheduling, data entry, social media, talking with customers, email, and other various office related tasks.
the workload will vary week-to-week ranging from 5 to 20 hours a week. All the tasks can be done from home, during normal business hours with flexibility when you do them.
Experience with real estate or project management would be a plus. Applicant must be able to be given a task without a clear framework of how to do it and figure out a way to get it completed.

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
