RESPONSIBILITIES
– Connect with new and existing clients, determine their unique needs, present financial solutions.
– Educate clients around insurance products and guide them through the qualification, application and approval processes.
– Maintain ongoing rapport with clients by performing annual reviews.
– Participate in daily conference calls for sales training, leadership and personal development.
– Track and daily activity while evaluating for areas of improvement.
– Provide support and/or mentoring to new agents joining the team.
– Set monthly goals and commitments.
– Actively invest in personal and professional development.
REQUIREMENTS
– Must hold an active state insurance license OR be willing to complete an online course in 14 days to obtain one.
– Proficiency in the Microsoft suite.
– Ability to build rapport with clients and business partners.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage a dynamic schedule.
– High level of professional integrity, as well as a strong desire to win.
PREFERRED
– Experience generating and maintaining client relationships via a lead-system.
– 1 year of leadership or management.
