Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI-based software solutions that align with our clients’ requirements and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative AI applications and integrate them into our existing software products.
• Contribute to the development of our proprietary evidence-based generative AI technology.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to maintain our position at the forefront of the industry.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AI models to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members, as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in AI software development, preferably in a professional setting.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• In-depth knowledge of AI concepts, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Experience working with large datasets and developing AI models from scratch.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
