We are seeking a part time assistant to help with a variety of office duties. Experience preferred, but not required. Preferred to have some phone skills and some computer experience. Proficiency at typing, note-taking and learning new app programs also preferred. Duties could include, but not limited to preparing invoice envelopes, answering phone calls and submitting notes, speaking with clients that call, cleaning and other tasks.
