• Call clients and ask them for honest feedback, provide it to management.
• Call past clients to invite them to schedule a phone call with us.
• Call people thinking about hiring us and schedule a phone call.
• Make 50 appointment-setting phone calls a day.
• Update CRM with the outcomes of your phone calls.
• Attend a daily meeting to get feedback on your calls.

• Experience speaking with customers or clients on the phone.
• Speak with clarity and confidence on the phone.
• Ability to work 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
• Ability to work 40 hours a week.
• Provide your own computer with a headset.
• Provide your own high-speed internet connection.
• A quiet place to work from home.
• Commit to the position for at least a year.
• Interested in a Digital Marketing Coach promotion.
• Experience in a role where you earned customer tips. (preferred)
