Position Summary: Looking for an energetic and results driven person to work under minimal supervision. This position will focus on developing and executing strategies for acquiring new talent and building relationships. Will manage the full cycle recruiting process to include, sourcing, scheduling, recruitment marketing, pipeline management, offers and onboarding.

• Work with management to ensure accurate job descriptions.
• Develop recruitment programs to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.
• Develop and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
• Screen and refer candidates for additional interviews with others in organization
• Conduct phone and/or in person interviews and select qualified, core value aligned applicants.
• Manage internal and external job posting advertisements and communications.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system with candidate disposition.
• Identify and participate in community activities such as job fairs, university events, industry groups, etc.
• Develops and maintains contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants.
• Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process
• Utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
• Complete background screening and references as required.
• Complete electronic onboarding process for all newly hired employees
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
• Develops appropriate KPI’s to monitor recruitment performance
• Assists with all routine HR functions in areas including but not limited to: Answering HR questions, benefit enrollment, entering and processing new hire, change and termination information, processing/reading performance reviews, HR form updates, Handbook updates.
• Develops HR training presentations (including benefits, workplace violence, interviewing, and documentation and JSYK).

Education/Experience:
College degree preferred
Prior recruitment or talent acquisition experience highly preferred
General Human Resources knowledge with Recruitment specialization
Skills required

• Understanding of HR processes and talent acquisition trends
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with potential candidates
• Familiarity with applicant tracking software
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge about the industry and the roles within the organization
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations for the industry
• High level of organization and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills required (good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS software)
• Must have high level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize

Certificates and Licenses:
SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
Travel:
Able to travel up to 15%. Travel may be by automobile, commercial airplane, and company airplane.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,500.00 – $81,000.00 per year
