Overview:
Coastal Waste & Recycling is a locally owned and operated waste management and recycling company. We are experiencing explosive growth and with growth comes opportunity!
Responsibilities:
We are currently adding a Customer Service Representative to the team. This role is responsible for delivering excellent service over the phone. The representatives typically take requests for service, service complaints, and inquiries about available services and pricing. They also take payments and answer questions about items that can be placed in cans, etc.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will be committed to delivering service with a smile. Primary schedule is M-F days. OT is available. Competitive pay and benefits. Friendly work environment with potential for advancement.
