Digital Marketing Manager

We’re seeking a team member who can easily navigate a changing environment, roll up their sleeves and jump in to lend their expertise, structure, energy, and enthusiasm to build digital marketing prowess among our dealer body and within our organization.
We are seeking a former IT/programmatic guru who has evolved that skillset to digital marketing ninja. A solution-centric self-starter, the Digital Marketing Manager will plan, manage, and oversee all day-to-day aspects of eCommerce and digital marketing platforms. Planning digital campaigns, project managing concepts to implementation, delegating responsibilities cross-departmentally, managing agency partners and providing analytics and actionable insights, are in your foray of expertise. Must be able to articulate your vision and be able to roll up your sleeves and ‘do’. You’ll be an individual contributor, strong team player, and reside on a marketing team who is cross departmentally daily involved with IT, Finance, as well as Sales. Our team is poised for depth and growth.
Job Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Devise, develop, and project manage stand-out differentiated digital initiatives that support prioritized program objectives
· Plan and coordinate digital marketing, eCommerce programs, and communications for the company, providing cross-functional support
· Establish detailed A/B testing processes to test creative design, content, cadence, and timing to improve performance
· Regularly on metrics and make recommendations for program improvement and evolution
· Implement best practices regarding UX on existing and new entities
· Support email and develop nurture tracks leveraging essential tools
· Direct and manage day-to-day agency partners
· Drives Growth through planning and executing a digital marketing plan to promote brand, products, and services on all available digital marketing channels (advertising, content, search, web, eCommerce, marcom, mobile) to implement initiatives driving KPIs and ROI, additionally leading and contributing to content creation, graphic design, copy creation, deadline and financial management
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
· 5+ years of marketing and advertising in B2B (to C), dealer marketing, and consulting with small-medium sized businesses a plus. Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing, IT, Communications, or Digital Advertising and equivalent work experience (BA/BS)
· Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work optimally across internal and external organizations. Detail oriented.
· Possess outstanding problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills, with great financial acumen and budget management
· Create and apply SMS and email-based marketing campaigns
· Experience leading and contributing to website creation, including but not limited to microsites and landing pages, content, videos, podcasts
· Consolidate and translate complex technical content into compelling marketing messages. Experience working in HTML & CSS, collaboration utilities, new media, content publishing platforms, analytics & CRM, SEO/SEM, and have a knack for developing compelling copy
· Proven record of owning campaign outcomes and optimizing for engagement and conversion metrics. Track, measure, and ROI, using data to optimize and evolve performance.
· Social media networking and advertising experience is a plus
