The Appointment Generator will be responsible for processing phone calls and email correspondence, as well as generating s on the number of appointments scheduled. Our firm is looking for highly organized individuals who can quickly and accurately identify potential problems, follow directions and get tasks done with minimal supervision.

The Appointment Generator provides prospects with a way to book appointments instantly through the new appointment generation technology. This is accomplished by utilizing an advanced algorithm to match customers with practitioners in their area by their requirements and personal priorities. The Appointment Generator is for last minute appointment vacancies and want to ensure that they’re reaching individuals who are in need of the appointment.

Responsibilities:

Generate random dates the user can schedule appointments.

Generate user-specific dates.

Ask the user questions to determine the type of appointment.

Ask the user questions to help determine the time of day they wish to schedule an appointment.

Pay: $15.00 – $30.00 per hour plus monthly commissions
