Job Description:

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
The University Talent Acquisition Recruiter, with the support of a Campus Coordinator, will work to execute the campus strategy; from recruiting activities, fostering university relationships, building the firm’s brand and image on campus and most importantly, providing clients with guidance on the recruitment processes and being an ambassador to Crowe’s firm wide Campus Strategy and mission.
The University Talent Acquisition Recruiter will assist in the development and implementation of a best-in-class campus recruiting program and will be accountable for managing all programs of the Campus Recruitment team including Crowe’s National Summer Leadership Program (Learn2Lead) and Internship Program.

This role will cover much of the New York and New England area.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $58,480.00 to $118,680.00.
