Digital Marketing Manager – 100% Remote if in the US!!

About Marin Marketing, Technology, and Engineering

We’re looking for a creative, talented, and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This individual will have responsibility for product marketing and sales enablement for Marin Software. The title and level of this role is directly relational to the incumbent’s skills and experience.

This person will be a key driver in Marin Software’s future growth, through launching new products, enabling a global sales force, and evangelizing new innovations in enterprise digital advertising. This is also a great opportunity for someone to pivot from an agency to client-side!

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency, or alternatively managing performance marketing campaigns at a SaaS or B2B technology company. We want someone who will own our digital marketing execution – setting campaigns live, optimizing, and ing on results. This is a great role for a candidate looking to have more marketing ownership and direct experience running their own marketing campaigns.

You should have experience either working with working search engine marketing (Google, Bing) or social (Facebook, Twitter) advertising. Previous experience working at a major search engine (e.g. Google, Bing), social network (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), Amazon, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, or Ad Networks is a plus. The candidate will have strong experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Search Ads, and at least medium Google Analytics experience. Experience with Account-Based Marketing platforms (6Sense) and Salesforce experience a plus.

This will be a fully remote position, hiring in the US. Candidates must be able to work covering the PST time zone.

Compensation:

Full-time salaried position with incentive performance component. Compensation dependent on prior experience but range begins at $80K – $120K+.

Experience Requirements

• 3+ Years of LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience; launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns
• 3+ Years of Google Search Ads experience, managing and optimizing paid search campaigns
• 2+ years of direct Google Analytics setup, tracking, and testing experience
• 2 Years ABM/Programmatic experience, experience with 6Sense a plus
• Experience with project management platforms (we use Asana)
• 3-5 years in the SaaS/B2B vertical or at a digital marketing agency.
• Salesforce experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Independent contributor – will to Director of Growth Marketing and collaborate with other Marketing team members.
• Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Search Ads, and 6Sense.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including but not limited to, email campaigns, landing page adjustments, and ad copy.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and drive results.
• Manage and monitor the budget and spend of digital marketing campaigns.
• Identify and explore new digital marketing opportunities and channels to drive growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our digital marketing strategies are cutting-edge and effective.

Education, and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Search Ads, and 6Sense.
• Experience working in SaaS or B2B technology companies or at a digital marketing agency.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Experience managing and monitoring the budget and spend of digital marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Compelling storyteller with a strategic and analytical mindset who can engage and educate customers and prospects.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies as well as plan and execute on deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize projects effectively, juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience managing events including trade shows, webcasts, and conferences is a plus, with confidence to present to audiences of any size.

Location:

Marin Software is a remote-first company; however candidates must be located in continental US time zones.
