Duties include:

** WILLING TO TRAIN IN WESTON FOR 1 MONTH -**

36- 38 hours Weekly.

Awesome schedule: Tuesday through Friday and Saturday 1/2 day!

Fluent bilingual (english and spanish) speaking, writing and communication skills.

Managing the office schedule as well as all payment plans, cash and credit transactions.

Receiving and processing mail and packages.

Preparing patients for procedures and/or treatments.

Explaining pre and post directions to clients.

Getting products and supplements for clients. Ordering and following up on labs and special tests.
Provide superb service and promote patient retention and practice expansion.
Following up on labs and appointments to make sure patients don’t miss them.

Completes projects in a timely manner with little supervision.

Prepares s by collecting and analyzing information..
Maintains office supplies inventory and checks stock level.

Ability to operate with an elite high performing efficient team with minimal errors.

Skills: Fluent bilingual (English and Spanish) speaking, writing and communication skills.

Self motivated, low supervision, fast learner, critical thinker.

Great administrative skills and ability to perform in an elite high energy high performing team.

Qualifications:

3 + years experience with excellent medical terminology knowledge.
Computer literate (windows Word/Excel) as well as EMR required. Able to learn new programs quickly.

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
