Wentworth by the Sea is currently seeking individuals to join our Front Office team as a Phone Operator. Our Front Office associates have a passion for customer service and ensuring guests have a great experience.

Our Hotel Phone Operator is vital point of contact with our guests, and ensures a memorable guest experience by delivering exceptional and timely assistance.

As a representative of the hotel, a successful Hotel Phone Operator will have a passion for promoting an enjoyable experience to exceed our guests expectations and will be dynamic, friendly, helpful, team-oriented and professional at all times; will possess excellent oral and written communication and computer skills; will focus on attention to detail and follow-through; and will be able to multi-task and handle busy situations with grace.
