Duties:
● Greet all visitors in a friendly manner and establish the reason for their visit. Comply with all HIPAA guidelines and privacy policies when identifying patients.
● Present oneself as in a professional manner and as the face of the practice. “Hype” the practice to potential patients.
● Ensure all required patient paperwork is properly completed.
● Collect and scan appropriate patient documents: i.e. insurance documents, patient information, HIPPA
● Maintain and enter accurate information into the electronic health record.
● Answer phone calls in a friendly manner, clearly identifying the practice in your greeting and handle accordingly.
● Develop relationships with referring offices and doctors. Help maintain records of office visits.
● Contact online cosmetic leads, and track communications.
● Participate and assist in cosmetic consultations.
● Confirm next day appointments, reviewing instructions.
● Assist Dr. Nesiba in the coordination and scheduling of patients for the operating room.
● Periodically walk through patient traffic areas (i.e. waiting room, hallways, etc.) to ensure the facility is clean, free of clutter, and well stocked with any necessary supplies. Identify supplies that need to be ordered and give this information to the Office Manager.
● Perform POS transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
● Explain financing options to patients, assist them in signing up.
● Collaborate and assist the Billing and Collections team with the information necessary.
● Verify dental insurance benefits and create treatment plans.
● Review treatment plans with patients, and scheduling protocols.
● Assist with personal requests from the doctor as needed.
● Assist in taking patients back for surgeries, follow-ups, and injectables if needed
● Achieve personal and team sales goals.
● Assist in all front office administrative tasks delegated by the department supervisor.
The Employer may also assign duties, not aforementioned, to the Employee from time to time.
Pay:
As compensation for the services provided, the Employee shall be paid based on experience. The Compensation is a gross amount that is subject to all local, State, Federal, and any other taxes and deductions as prescribed by law. Payment shall be distributed to the Employee on a bi-weekly basis.
Employee will also be compensated by way of bonuses. For each cosmetic surgery completed, the employee will receive 1% of collections for each cosmetic surgery performed.
Employee will also have monthly incentives related to the performance of the practice as a whole. Examples of criteria may include: Total office collections for the month, percentage of oral surgery slots booked, number of reviews compiled, or other criteria set forth and clearly stated by Dr. Nesiba at monthly meetings. These bonuses will be rewarded in a tier system:
Tier 1: $100 Monthly Bonus
Tier 2: $250 Monthly Bonus
Tier 3: $500 Monthly Bonus
Bonuses will be distributed at the start of the next month,
Employee Benefits:
During the period of employment, so long as the Employee remains employed Full-time (>32 hours per week) and meets the requirements of the trial period, the employee will be eligible to enroll in health coverage following 3 months of employment. Health Insurance is provided at a 50/50 split with employer covering 50% of employee’s coverage. (Employee only). Part-time employees are not eligible for benefits. Additional benefits will be offered as the company grows.
Trial Period:
Other than certain benefits prescribed by law, the Employee will not be eligible for Benefits, Vacation Time, or Personal Leave until after the first 90 days of employment (“Trial Period”). In addition, any required time off would be awarded as unpaid leave and would affect the employee’s eligibility for monthly bonuses.

During the period of employment, the following services and discounts shall be made available as provided by participating vendors. All services must be scheduled through the provider and approved prior to treatment. Full medical history and full payment must be provided prior to treatment.
● At Cost Employee BOTOX/DYSPORT (180 days)
● 25% Discounts on MedSpa/Laser Procedures (180 days)
● At Cost Employee Filler (365 days)
● 10% Discounts on Surgical Procedures (365 days)
The aforementioned benefits may change at any time by the Employer.
