Requirements:

• You enjoy thinking outside the box regarding the customer experience and truly like working with people
• You are organized by nature and can multitask
• Have a clear speaking voice with strong oral and written communication skills
• Telephone and customer service experience is a bonus
• Dependable and enjoy working on a team
• You can step into different rolls and fill in when needed
• Able to follow a script is a must
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate

Duties:

In this position you will learn and use an approved script to professionally reach out to current customers to discuss services and promotions; you will answer calls from all customers and give them the best service possible.
