We are looking for individuals who possess strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities and computer experience. Candidates must have the ability to work within a team, as well as independently, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are specifically seeking individuals who possess previous experience working in customer service positions.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound and outbound calls.
• Solve problems for customers.
• Create and update databases in order to store customer records.
• Maintain satisfactory relations with customers by responding to their requests and acknowledging their concerns.
