OnTrac Hiring for Talent Development Manager | Arizona Base | Remote at Remote Full Time

The Talent Development Manager role with OnTrac is designed for those who are experienced in and passionate about talent initiatives, possess strong interpersonal skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are adept at collaborating on process and program design and implementation. This position requires planning, development, delivery, and assessment expertise focused on growing talent and enhancing organizational capabilities that promote OnTrac’s current and future success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and needs analysis with stakeholders. Identify learning objectives and create innovative and engaging content to enhance leadership and individual contributor competencies utilizing various training methods.
• Deliver group learning and development offerings covering a range of professional skills and talent development initiatives.
• Effectively manage and complete all aspects of project work from inception to implementation. Coordinate and conduct project meetings as necessary.
• Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the design and delivery of programs.
• Manage administrative functions necessary to design and deliver talent development tools, processes and programs including training, performance management and talent review/succession. Track individual and organizational progress.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to administer, assess, and strategize on learning initiatives.
• Manage on-going learning and development marketing efforts to reinforce LMS resources and opportunities with external L & D vendors.
• Manage one direct .
• BS in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development & Effectiveness, Training, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Five to seven years leadership/management professional skills training experience to include program design and facilitation in both instructor-led and online training environments.
• Three to five years of experience coordinating/supporting leadership development tools and processes, specifically in performance management and succession planning.
• Experience in managing others (direct s).
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with HRBPs and all levels of leaders and managers across the organization.
• Excellent presentation & facilitation skills.
• Experience with leveraging various learning software tools to engage audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to change priorities as needed.
• Highly motived; self-starter.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a high-energy environment.
• Proven project management experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate status/progress of projects with Director, Talent Development, learning/training team, and stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and implement monitoring plans and metrics to demonstrate impact of training and talent initiatives on performance improvement.
