Andre’s Electronic Experts is Looking for Assistant Store Manager Full Time

Managing a store location with multiple key categories, our ideal candidate should be passionate about TV & Electronics, Appliances and Car Audio.

The Salmon Arm Andre’s location was officially opened early Novemeber. Due to the amazing local support, we are growing our team, with the addition of an Assistant Manager.

As a Assistant Manager, you work with the store manager to build, lead and inspire the team.

·Be an active sales leader

·Promote a customer-focused sales environment

· Generate sales and profit through personal sales and team success

· Merchandise

· Manage inventory

· Responsible for the overall success of the store location

What we are looking for

· 1 – 3 years of leadership experience

· 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics and/or appliances

· Motivated leader with exceptional sales skills

· Ability to create a highly successful and cohesive sales team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

• Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
