Chacon Autos is a reputable and well established, family-owned, Texas-based business that has been around for over 60 years.
We sell pre-owned vehicles people are looking for: affordable, high-quality, low-mileage cars, trucks and SUVs – many of which are still under a factory warranty. We offer flexible credit terms for people with good credit, bad credit or no credit. We are the finance company for the majority of the vehicles we sell. Our friendly, no hassle customer service makes for a no pressure buying experience. We have many convenient locations across Texas, and a giant selection of makes and models to choose from.

Duties involve:
-Calling past due accounts
– Using all resources available within FDCPA guidelines in order to contact customers regarding payment of car loan account balances
– Creating innovative payment schedules and effectively communicating them to customers
– Providing excellent customer service for customers’ inbound calls regarding their accounts

REQUIREMENTS:
–Previous experience in Auto loan Collections.
-Must offer Great Customer Service.

Location:

1400 SE Military Dr San Antonio, TX 78214

Schedule:

Monday-Saturday with a weekday off. One Saturday off a month.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour
