BUFF Canada is Looking for Warehouse Associate Full Time

At Buff® we’re more than just multifunctional headwear. We support athletes, teams, events and organizations all over Canada that love the product for everything from high performance sport to simply enjoying the outdoors.
We distribute to over 700 stores, so we need someone exceptional in our warehouse to join our amazing, small yet mighty team in Canmore.

The Day-to-Day responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick, pack and prepare online and wholesale orders for shipping
• Oversee shipping management; incoming and outgoing shipments, including inspection for damage, accuracy of shipments and resolving errors
• Ensure accurate inventory levels by periodic physical counts
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and in peak physical condition
• Support B2C and B2B customer service by responding to customer inquiries, warranty requests, invoicing, and receiving payments. General support of the customer service team

• Be an effective team member to contribute to the overall viability of the company

What you bring to the table:

• A can-do attitude, committed to supporting a “tight-knit” team
• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience
• An ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Bilingual skills considered an asset
• Basic computer experience
• A high standard for customer service quality and excellence
• Interest in supporting our efforts to grow the Buff® brand in Canada

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 per hour
