Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist at Responsive Group Inc
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner directly with hiring managers supporting the hiring needs at the Home/Community level.
ing to the Vice President, Operations and Vice President, Health Human Resources, this role will determine the right selection criteria and process for high-volume hiring needs across multiple departments and functions. Using a consultative approach, the Specialist will work with our Home/Community leadership to understand their business and hiring needs, while guiding them through the end-to-end recruitment process.
Our ideal candidate is a dedicated talent acquisition specialist who is resourceful and persistent in seeking out the best talent using forward-thinking and proven candidate sourcing strategies. The candidate enjoys working in a fast paced environment, is responsive to change and is passionate about recruiting for talent in our sector.
This position is remote/home based, but the selected candidate should have the ability to travel to our Homes/Communities in the specified locations as required and available for meetings at the office/homes/communities.
