Virtual Assistant Qualifications:

– Outstanding customer service, able to build a quick rapport with callers

– Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proper English grammar and spelling

– Call handling experience

– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

– Quick learner

– Highly reliable and ability to stay on task while self-managing

–High-speed internet connection, and laptop/computer with compatible operating system

– Must be proficient with basic PC skills

– Positive Attitude

General Duties:

-Answer phones and assist clients

-Book appointments

-Manage schedules

-Assist cleaners with job-related queries

-Process emails and texts

-Contact clients if required

-Assist with various other tasks

Our hours of operation are Monday to Saturday between 9am and 5pm.

We service the Tri-Cities area of Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, and Port Moody, as well as Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows, Surrey and Langley and some surrounding areas.
