Wage: Range between $20.50 to $24.50 per hour depending upon experience
Performance Reviews: Bi-Annual Review with Annual Wage Increase based upon Merit
Shift Availability: 2nd Shift, 2:45pm until 1:15am (3 day weekend)

The Ideal Candidate will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and be trained. The Machine Operator I is responsible for performing repetitive assembly operations of a short to medium cycle duration on a variety of products, subassemblies or components that require some adjusting, fitting or aligning. This role may function as back-up forklift driver.

Knowledge, Abilities, and Operating Skills:

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) experience and/or training in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure, manuals and order specifications.
• Ability to add, subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Mechanical and spatial aptitude.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and quality.
• Ability to move from task/assignment to another on short notice.
• Flexible to working weekends and over time when needed.
