Martin’s Bulk Milk Service Inc Hiring for Dispatch and planning team member at Wilton, WI Full Time

Martin Bulk Milk Service is in search of an experienced dispatcher and back haul planner to add to our team! This is a fast paced environment in a growing and advancing business carrying primarily refrigerated freight across most of the nation.

Core schedule is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Saturday is on a rotation, averaging out at 1 per month and approx. 4 hours.

Pay amount and type (salary or hourly) will be based on experience and capability, preference of candidate will also be considered.

Primary Job requirements:

• Be flexible
• Be adaptable
• Great communication skills a must
• Able to focus in an open floor plan
• Plan and dispatch drivers on outbound loads
• Find back hauls that fit delivery times and locations
• Secure back hauls with brokers, carriers and customers
• Broker loads to carriers
• Must understand DOT HOS rules and plan accordingly
• Computer usage and knowledge required (including)
• Carrier and customer portals for scheduling pick and drop
• ELD system
• Trailer tracking systems
• TMS
• Microsoft Office suite including word, excel, outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Wilton, WI 54670: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dispatching: 3 years (Required)
