POSITION: Data Entry Clerk – Student

LOCATION: Winchester

REPORTING TO: Production Optimization Analyst

General Accountability:

The Data Entry Clerk will support the Production Assistants during the summer months by completing daily data entry tasks and providing administrative support to various projects as needed.

Critical Success Factors:

• Daily entry of Milk Receipts.
• Daily entry of GMP mass balance package.
• Cheese re-weigh entry and reporting.
• Filing and scanning of documents.
• Entering of hourly schedules into Kronos.
• Other task and projects as assigned.

Key Attributes of the Ideal Candidate:

• Entering or currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
• Prior data entry experience considered an asset
• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Self-directed
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Working knowledge of office equipment
