Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator

CORDENTAL Group is a mid-sized dental service organization with more than 40 dental practices in 9 states. We’re looking for a motivated social media and digital marketer to join our Marketing team in our efforts to attract new patients and engage existing patients. If you enjoy working with a small team to develop coordinated, effective campaigns across multiple platforms within a stable organization with supportive leadership, this may be the place for you. The right candidate will:
- Bring strong writing skills, particularly in promotional marketing.
- Produce creative and visually appealing social media advertising campaigns.
- Have experience with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe Create Suite, and Microsoft 365.
- Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media and digital platforms.
- Coordinate multiple social media ad campaigns including schedules, budgets and performance tracking.
- Guide and support dental practices in their office-based social media efforts.
- Be both organized and flexible as we navigate shifting priorities to drive patient engagement and acquisition.
- Analyze campaign results to optimize future campaigns.
- Manage time effectively with minimal supervision to meet deadlines and produce high-quality, customer-facing campaigns.
