Mid Atlantic Crane and Equipment Hiring for Part Time Purchaser at Raleigh, NC Full Time

Full Job Description

Mid-Atlantic Crane, an overhead crane manufacturer is looking for a part time purchasher to work with our Purchaser. Work will be preformed during normal business hours

Duties:

  • Request quotations from vendors based on engineering requirements
  • Make purchasing decisions based on price, quality and lead-time
  • Create detailed purchase orders for steel and assembly components
  • Follow-up with suppliers on delivery status of purchase orders

Qualificiations:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
  • Must be able to communicate with customers, vendors, and interdepartmentally

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Experience level:

  • Under 1 year

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Customer relationship management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Purchasing: 1 year (Required)
