Interstate Batteries is Looking for Warehouse Manager Full Time

This position will be responsible for successful management of company owned distributorship to meet or exceed all operational and financial goals, including gross profit generating and lead acquisition strategies while working with a 4 member Warehouse team.

Job Components:

• Running the Warehouse and managing a team of 4 direct reports.
• Manage inventory to coincide with selling activity to ensure proper levels.
• Create financial reports to explain P&L performance for the operation and think through action plans with Regional Manager.
• High customer focus – maintain key relationships, process complaints and feedback, work with sales team to acquire new business within the region and grow sales.
• Provide performance management utilizing progressive discipline process.
• Provide recognition and reward for team members that demonstrate outstanding performance
• Provide consistent training and coaching to develop team members knowledge, abilities and skills.
• Previous forklift or warehouse experience very helpful as the team is small and this role will step in where needed.

Job details:

• Located in Victoria
• Schedule – Monday through Friday day shifts.
• Salary starts at $80,000 with benefits and company car.
