This job is a member of the Planning Team within the Integrated Operations Team. This position will be responsible for providing direct supervision to Cabin team personnel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make sure that all flights are properly assigned with Cabin service crews via our GHDS system
• all operational issues to the management team in a timely manner
• Communicate with the crew chiefs and drivers on duty
• Use all technology available to communicate with the airline (Connect me, Saber and Cabin appearance)
• Assist with all extra requests made by the airline
• all services provided to the aircraft for billing purposes

Planners are required to:

• Be able to communicate fluently in English and Spanish
• Be capable of following directions
• Have excellent computer skills
• Have great problem-solving skills
• Be responsible and punctual
• Have an open schedule availability
• Be able to multitask and work under stress
• Have good communication and teamwork skills
