Required Qualifications
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent two-year college or technical school or combination of education and experience. Three to five years’ experience full life cycle recruiting, employee onboarding or related human resources field. Experience in managing projects. Experience in managing external vendor relationships. Proficiency in PC software applications in a Windows environment, Word, Excel and Power Point is. Ability to type 45 words per minute. Ability to read, write and speak in English. Ability to communicate verbally both in person and on the telephone. Ability to write business correspondence, s, proposals and procedure manuals. Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, financial s, legal documents and government regulations. Ability to speak effectively to members and coach employees regarding sensitive inquiries or issues. Ability to speak effectively presenting information to groups of employees and management. Ability to calculate rates, ratios and percentages.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or education related field PHR/SPHR certification.
Physical Requirements:
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch.
Frequently required to sit.
Regularly required to use hands to finger keys accurately when using calculator machines or computer keyboards; reach with hands and arms.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, ability to adjust focus.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Must be able to travel independently to department and branch locations.
