Location: Remote

Salary Range: Up to 250k base, possible 500k total

Clutch is looking for a Partner of Customer Success for a well known Consulting Group, managing clients, analyzing P&L and recommendations for growth.

Responsibilities

• The candidate will lead teams of Senior/Engagement Managers & consultants who will be executing cutting edge analytical solutions and capabilities for clients.

• Responsible for data driven insights and recommendations to client strategies to life.

• Understanding the customer’s business, generating insights, developing recommendations, and presenting these to clients and their management.

• The candidate should be able take full accountability for a book of business of client account(s) including growth strategy, P&L management, resource planning and client escalations.

• Create strategy and design plans for building analytics capabilities for a client portfolio

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Engagement Managers, Senior Associates and Associates across our US offices to ensure the success of both our team members and our customers

Requirements:

• Hands on experience with the banking and/or financial services industry required

• Master’s degree from a top-tier university with consistent OR Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant work experience; Advanced degree or MBA is highly preferred

• 10+ years of experience in managing and scaling engagements across various industries or functions with demonstrated track record of successful leadership

• Experience working with reputed consulting firms

• Strong networking capability coupled with growth mindset focused on acquiring new customers and developing relationships with senior client stakeholders

• Experience in developing and nurturing cross-functional and cross-cultural teams globally

• Must be willing travel globally up to 20% of the time

• Experience working with a global delivery model specifically an Offshore team
