The Château Dollard residence is seeking a Nursing Assistant for the following position:

• Part-time (4/15) as per the following:
• Every other Thursday – from 11:00 pm to 7:15 am PLUS
• Every other weekend – from 7:00 am to 3:15 pm PLUS
• Every other Sunday – from 3:00 pm to 11:15 pm
• Starting May 1st, the salary will be between $21.42 and $22.76 depending on experience and including Covid bonus and team leader bonus of $1 per hour

Primary Duties:

• Ensure the delivery and quality of care, assistance and hygiene activities
• Establish and maintain a close relationship of trust with residents and their families
• Rigorously monitor compliance of care delivery according to best clinical practices and ensure that standards of practice are met at all times
• Participate in the orientation and integration of care and assistance personnel
• Actively collaborate in the prevention and management of risks in the work environment

Requirements:

• Member of the OIIAQ
• DEP in Health, Assistance and Nursing (SASI)
• CPR and BDP up to date
• Proficiency in French and English
• Caring, responsible and friendly
