Job Responsibilities

• Help answer the multi-line phone to answer new lead phone calls as well as existing customers. Keep customers happy by maintaining a positive attitude and providing details of jobs. Also help with answering emails when needed. Help maintain open communication with our supplier.
• Assist the project coordinators and project consultants with needed overflow work. Such as helping keep our small storage space organized, helping put window sizes into the ordering system, editing/changing documents for specific customer details, and feel comfortable with collecting payment.
• Assist with scheduling both our Vice President for estimates as well as our installation team using our automated scheduling system. You will also work closely to schedule inspections. Communicating with clients on dates and times. Be comfortable working with cities/counties to schedule inspections and make sure they passed.
• Occasionally on appointment basis, show customers around our showroom so they can see our products and provide brochures and information to them.
• Must take detailed notes and execute any needs of your team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
