SCHEDULE

Full-Time Position
Must be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Must be flexible with schedule changes to meet operational needs.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for performing all functions related to talent acquisition and promoting the employment brand. Uses independent judgement in sourcing, screening, interviewing/assessing and recommending qualified talent for the organization. Plans, executes, and measures recruitment strategies. Provides organization wide customer service and general consultative support in all areas of talent acquisition in support of the Company’s strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. (Associates Degree plus 2 years of Human Resources work experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree. High school diploma plus four (4) years of Human Resources work experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.)
• At least three (3) years of experience in Human Resources, with one (1) year recent experience in recruitment.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Demonstrated knowledge in employment law and other regulatory and statutory requirements.

Skills:

Required:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in verbal and written form.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Intermediate personal computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and routine database activity. (Ex: emailing, creating letters, formatting data, using tables, inserting objects.)
• Working knowledge of general office equipment such as copiers, facsimile machines, etc.
• Ability to set priorities, assess/problem solve and make independent decisions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lead, facilitate a group process and coordinate programs and activities.
• Ability to project a positive & professional image on behalf of the organization.
