Overview
Under the direction of the CPO and Vice President of Human Resources, designs and implements strategies and processes to proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for SLFCU. Manages the recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, managing a recruiting team to identify high-potential candidates. Oversees executive searches and partners with headhunters and agencies to identify and hire diverse candidates for all positions. Understands and evaluates future human capital trends and organizational needs and incorporates them into forward-looking solutions.
