Full Job Description

We are a small but growing recruiting firm that is looking for a part-time recruiting assistant for senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be available 10-15 hours per week during normal business hours.

Duties include screening candidates, scheduling interviews, following up on potential client leads, candidate sourcing, and other duties as assigned by senior management. We are looking for someone who has either worked in the recruiting or legal industry before. We are looking for candidates who are responsive, organized and able to pick up new technology quickly. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task are extremely important.

This is a 1099 contract position that can grow into a full-time opportunity for the right fit. Resume and professional references required for consideration.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
