AGCO Corp has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Manger, Global DE&I and Talent Programs to join its Human Resources department in Duluth, GA. Only 30 minutes outside of Atlanta, Duluth is home to AGCO headquarters. The location allows easy access to the big city lifestyle that Atlanta provides. The headquarters have grown to now include over 500 employees.

The Sr. Manager, Global DE&I and Talent Program is accountable for building and maintaining AGCO’s DE&I & critical talent segments strategy and programs. As a critical member of the Talent strategy team at AGCO the successful individual will work across multiple functional HR teams (talent, learning, total rewards, HR ops) to identify, plan, deploy, embed, and sustain global processes and initiatives across all of AGCO’s regional and business segments. This role crosses multiple COE areas and will require an experienced individual with the ability to build networks and relationships, manage through influence and project management.

What you will do:

• Overall ownership of AGCO DE&I program
• Lead cross functional talent programs for critical talent segments; Partner with Strategy Workforce Planning to identify levers to impact hiring, engaging, and retaining those talent segments. Create new practices, and programs for identified talent segments
• Support the creation of Global Talent Calendar and project manage against the COE roadmap to ensure deliverables are met and supporting elements (training, communications, change management) are supported along the way
• Partner closely with HR Process / Workforce Analytics, to further develop and own the AGCO Talent & DE&I Dashboard, ensuring that we are telling the broader talent story of our collective success across the Talent COEs

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• +7 yrs experience in HR, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, DE&I or related field
• Strong experience in collaboration, with a proven track record of cross-boundary facilitation and partnership.
• Strategic and creative problem solver who is adept at developing efficient systems and decision-making processes
• Experience facilitating groups to create workplans and reach alignment on decisions
• High level of organization, attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability

A plus if you have:

• Global organization experience
• PMP certification
• SHRM certification
