Brunch Cafe is Looking for Content Creator Full Time

We are seeking a creative and talented Content Creator to join our team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for producing engaging and entertaining content for our social media platforms, primarily Instagram reels and TikTok, taking photos and videos of the restaurant and its offerings, and showcasing the latte-making process in a creative and entertaining manner. In addition, they will also be responsible for greeting and engaging with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and produce visually stunning and engaging social media content for Instagram reels and TikTok
• Take photos of dishes, drinks, and the restaurant itself to showcase on social media
• Shoot videos of the cooking process in the back kitchen.
• Showcase the latte-making process in a creative and entertaining manner
• Infuse humor, silliness, and a distinctively Calgarian vibe into all content produced
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create new and exciting ideas for content creation
• Stay up to date with social media trends and algorithms to ensure our content is relevant and reaching the right audience
• Monitor and engage with our social media following to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Performing any other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in social media content creation, particularly for Instagram reels and TikTok
• Excellent photography and videography skills
• Knowledge of the latest social media trends and algorithms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• A sense of humor and creativity is a must
• Familiarity with the Calgary culture is a plus

Salary: $15.00-$22.34 per hour
