We are hiring a part-time Office Assistant to help with basic administrative tasks including answering emails, data entry, taking phone calls, and scheduling. The right candidate should have a basic knowledge of the services we offer and must have strong organization skills.
Overview:
Champion Window Cleaning is a Burnaby based building maintenance company specialising in window cleaning, pressure washing, dryer vent cleaning, and gutter cleaning for both strata and commercial customers. With over 25 years in the industry, we have job sites all over the lower mainland.
Responsibilities:
– Answering emails and phone calls
– Keeping an organized workspace
– Communicate respectfully and effectively with staff and customers
– Must have a basic understanding of building maintenance services offered and a willingness to learn
– Participation in operations and safety meetings
– Carry out tasks to a professional and high quality standard
Requirements:
– Previous experience working in an office assistant / administrative role an asset
– Good communicator
– Competence with Microsoft Word, PDF
– This is an in office position. No remote work/work from home available.
