As a Sales Agent, you will help every customer by discovering their needs and finding the products and services that fit their needs. You will have a focus on exceeding customer expectations and sales goals. All in a fun, welcoming, and fast-paced environment! A passion for cycling, knowledge of bicycles, and a proactive and positive attitude are qualities at the top of our list!

In this role, you will:

• Interact with customers face to face, via email, chat, video calls, and phone
• Provide exceptional customer service; educate customers about electric bikes, accessories, and any other products or services we offer.
• Provide one-of-a-kind customer service through direct and detailed interaction with customers.

Duties

• Responsible to sell via chat, email, and video
• Coordinators respond to Internet-generated sales leads, qualify clients, and arrange appointments or follow-ups via e-mail, chat, phone or video.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Cross-sell products
• Build productive trust relationships with customers

Requirements

• Ability to work independently / Self-motivated
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Computer proficiency is critical to promote the business, maintain records, and communicate with our customers.
• Previous retail or related customer service experience.
• Bicycle product use/knowledge.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Hight level understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Work on weekends, attend expos and events.
