Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting access control operations at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor entrances, credentials, visitor logs, and/or delivery activity to help control access to the location and report unusual or unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and unusual conditions.
• Support lobby and entry point operations by verifying identification, directing guests, maintaining required documentation, and following post orders for security-related procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
