JOB SUMMARY
At Qal-Tek Associates we are passionate about providing an excellent customer experience for all Qal-Tek clients. We strive to understand exactly what our customers need, when they need it, and then meet or exceed their expectations. The Customer Service and Logistics team lives at the center of the Qal-Tek client relationship. This team works with all departments at Qal-Tek to manage thousands of service tickets and work plans to ensure our clients receive the best service and support in the industry by creating relationships with them that grow and last. The Customer Service and Logistics team works in a fast paced and ever-changing environment in order to ensure we can maintain flexibility to meet our customer requests. Team members are expected to be organized, self-starters, and over communicate with a disposition toward taking action. Responsibilities include communicating and expanding our clients service needs, scheduling services, managing client assets and equipment using Qal-Tek proprietary software, initiating, growing, and developing relationships with all customers. Ultimately providing the best customer service in the industry to all Qal-Tek clients.

Must be enthusiastic about providing a world class customer experience.
Experience managing multiple tasks related to logistics and operations.
Possess a High School diploma/GED.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics.
Must pass background check, driving history check, and drug screen.
Positive, up-beat attitude with a strong desire to develop relationships, with customers as well as team members.
Experience with Microsoft Office Products and the ability to learn new software programs easily.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Complete daily customer calls
Ensure all customer equipment due for service, is performed on schedule.
Adding and removing client personnel from Qal-Tek’s different service offerings and updating schedules as needed.
Communicate monthly service due notices to customers and schedule for service.
Able to answer incoming calls providing great customer service and expanding client relationships (go the extra mile to make sure our customers are taken care of).
Manage customer communications throughout work processes and completion; our customers need to know they have a relationship with Qal-Tek, and that we can get them what they need, when they need it.
Log all calls and customer interactions in customer call database.
This is an entry level position which offers opportunity for growth, development, and learning. We look for individuals who want to grow and develop personally as they help our team develop and grow. For higher tier positions we prefer to hire internally if possible.
