Job Summary:

We are in search of a Full Time Recruiter (Entry Level). The Recruiter will assist the Recruitment Manager with the full interview process for our VHR program. This position will be, at present, allowed to work remotely, but will be based out of the Corporate Office in Natick, Massachusetts.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborates with department managers to understand job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules/performs interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, understanding salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Attends and participates in recruiting sessions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn company-used technology: Podio, applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• At least one year of experience in all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
