NewBeauty Hiring for Regional Sales Director, NewBeauty at Remote Full Time

The Regional Sales Director, an integral part of the NewBeauty Management Team, is ultimately responsible for the successful execution of the NewBeauty Regional business strategy and has full oversight of the NewBeauty Regional Sales and Client Services (CS) teams on a daily basis. They provide the direction and guidance required to ensure financial and strategic goals are attained.

NewBeauty is looking to hire a Regional Sales Director in all markets EXCEPT NY, LA, Chicago and Miami.

Essential Responsibilities

• Establish and set expectations for each member of the Regional team (Sales and CS) and provide continuous guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure goal attainment and excellent client satisfaction
• Travel to markets to attend in-field meeting with Regional Sales Managers
• Coordinate and lead weekly sales calls
• Travel to SANDOW Corporate Headquarters to oversee and support the closing of each issue.
• Manage Regional budget and financial forecasting
• Track and on performance on an ongoing basis throughout each sales cycle and resolve any shortfalls
• Develop compensation plans and conduct employee reviews
• Hire and train staff for open positions in Sales and CS
• Handle disciplinary concerns, including counseling and terminations

Additional Responsibilities

• Work closely with Marketing regarding collateral materials, marketing programs, and partnership opportunities
• Collaborate with National Sales on partnership opportunities and creative initiatives that drive Regional and/or National revenue
• Attend and manage staffing for trade shows
• Identify and maintain relationships with current clients and industry leaders

Keys to Success

• Knowledge of cosmeceutical industry and/or established relationships with plastic surgeons, facial plastics or dermatologists
• Engaging personality with proven track record in sales management
• Goal oriented with exceptional drive to succeed
• Skilled in client management and resolving conflicts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
